Emily Craig took her first Scottish title in the U20w Pentathlon and Holly joined her on the top of the podium by retaining the U17w title.

What impressed was that many athletes scored well in their first year in their age group and I'd expect them to be chasing medals next year.
Pleased to hear that Ella isn't too badly injured and she will hopefully recover quickly.
Another member of the training group, Howard, travels From Edinburgh to be part of the group and was rewarded with an excellent win in U20m Heptathlon and a score that places him third in the Scottish all time list.
Good to see Emma successfully testing herself ahead of her International match in Spain next weekend, although not completing the day.
Spare a thought for Scott who had prepared well for this event, but was at home with the flu.

Lastly; hats off to our often forgotten officials. The best officially work away quietly and for the most part don't get noticed, but it's good to see them stepping up when the time is right to strongly represent the club. You know who you are
