Fabulous performances from 16 year old Holly McArthur in Bedford this weekend at the English Championships.
Holly was targeting the 400m standard for the Euro Youth Champs, which take place in Tbilisi in July.
The target was 61s.
Holly won her heat in 61.19 yesterday. Agonisingly close, but she returned today to finish the job in the final, with a second place finish (in the u20 age group) and more importantly ran a superb time of 60.23 seconds, to smash the target standard time.
