The jog scotland group is for adults and juniors aged 14+. All levels of runners welcome, however a minimum of 10 minutes continuous running is desired before joining.
Leaders provide encouragement and support to runners achieve their personal goals within a non pressured environment.
Just turn up on the night for your first free session and decide for yourself if the group is right for you.
